Ingredients

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and dry sweet potatoes. Pierce them with a fork.
  3. Rub sweet potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
