Description
A simple and healthy side dish featuring roasted onions coated in a tangy balsamic glaze.
Ingredients
- 4 medium onions, peeled and quartered
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss onion quarters with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread onions on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
- Whisk balsamic vinegar, honey, and thyme in a bowl.
- Drizzle glaze over onions and roast for 10 more minutes.
- Serve warm.
