Description
A moist and delicious banana bread that’s healthy and easy to make.
Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash bananas in a bowl.
- Add eggs, honey, coconut oil, and vanilla. Mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
- Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing.
Notes
- Use very ripe bananas for best flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
