Ingredients

  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook macaroni according to package instructions, then drain.
  3. Brown ground beef in a skillet, then drain excess fat.
  4. Mix cooked macaroni, beef, bacon, BBQ sauce, and spices in a bowl.
  5. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle cheeses evenly over the top.
  7. Combine breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over cheese.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  9. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
