Description
A hearty and flavorful sandwich combining BBQ brisket, crispy bacon, and melted cheese between two layers of toasted bread.
Ingredients
- 8 slices sourdough bread
- 1 cup shredded BBQ brisket
- 6 slices cooked bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Spread BBQ sauce on one side of each bread slice.
- Layer shredded brisket, bacon, and cheese on four slices.
- Top with remaining bread slices, sauce-side down.
- Butter the outer sides of each sandwich.
- Grill on medium heat until golden and cheese melts, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
- Use pre-cooked brisket for convenience.
- Adjust BBQ sauce to taste.
- For crispier bacon, cook until slightly crunchy.
