Description

A hearty and flavorful sandwich combining BBQ brisket, crispy bacon, and melted cheese between two layers of toasted bread.


Ingredients

  • 8 slices sourdough bread
  • 1 cup shredded BBQ brisket
  • 6 slices cooked bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter


Instructions

  1. Spread BBQ sauce on one side of each bread slice.
  2. Layer shredded brisket, bacon, and cheese on four slices.
  3. Top with remaining bread slices, sauce-side down.
  4. Butter the outer sides of each sandwich.
  5. Grill on medium heat until golden and cheese melts, about 3-4 minutes per side.
