Description
Crispy potato wedges seasoned with BBQ spices and baked to perfection.
Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp BBQ seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut potatoes into wedges.
- Toss wedges with olive oil and spices.
- Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden.
- Serve warm.
