Description
A quick and healthy beef and bok choy chow mein with a savory sauce.
Ingredients
- 8 oz flank steak, thinly sliced
- 4 oz chow mein noodles
- 2 cups baby bok choy, chopped
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Add beef and stir-fry until browned.
- Add garlic and bok choy, stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
- Toss in noodles and mix well. Serve hot.

- Slice beef against the grain for tenderness.
- Replace oyster sauce with hoisin for a vegetarian option.
