Description
A nutritious and colorful dip made with beets and yogurt, perfect for snacks or appetizers.
Ingredients
- 2 medium beets, cooked and peeled
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Chop the cooked beets into small pieces.
- Add beets, yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Serve chilled with vegetables or pita bread.
