Ingredients
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Chop broccoli into small florets.
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, red onion, dried cranberries, and sunflower seeds.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss until well coated.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crunch, add chopped almonds.
- Can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- If you prefer a tangier taste, add more vinegar.
