Ingredients

  • 2 lbs potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  3. Layer potatoes evenly in the dish.
  4. Mix milk, broth, garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme in a bowl.
