Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup bourbon BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Add bourbon BBQ sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Stir well.
- Fold in shredded cheddar cheese and chopped bacon.
- Transfer mixture to an oven-safe dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve warm with chips, crackers, or bread.
