Description

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs flank steak
  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt


Instructions

  1. Combine bourbon, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, black pepper, paprika, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Place steak in a resealable bag and pour marinade over it.
  3. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
