Ingredients

Instructions
- Mix grated potatoes, egg, flour, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Scoop potato mixture into the pan, forming small pancakes.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Serve warm with apple butter on top.
