Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 pound lean turkey sausage
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the turkey sausage until browned. Drain excess fat.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.
- Stir in cooked sausage, spinach, bell peppers, and cheese.
- Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
