Ingredients
- 1 cup wild rice
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cook wild rice according to package instructions.
- Steam broccoli until tender.
- Mix rice, broccoli, milk, yogurt, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Transfer to a baking dish and top with cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes until cheese melts.
