Ingredients
- 4 cups broccoli florets (chopped)
- 6 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- 1/2 red onion (thinly sliced)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Chop broccoli into small florets and place in a large bowl.
- Add crumbled bacon, sliced red onion, shredded cheddar, and sunflower seeds.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

- For a lighter option, substitute Greek yogurt for mayonnaise.
