Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup protein powder (chocolate flavor)
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp water (as needed)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Add maple syrup, almond butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
- If the mixture is too dry, add water 1 tbsp at a time until it holds together.
- Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1-inch diameter).
- Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.

- Use a high-quality protein powder for best results.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
- For a nut-free version, replace almond butter with sunflower seed butter.
