Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread evenly on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until tender and slightly browned.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and toss to coat.
- Top with dried cranberries and walnuts before serving.
Notes
- Trim the stems and remove any yellow leaves before cooking.
- Adjust roasting time based on your preferred level of crispiness.
- For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese.
