Description
Crispy mozzarella bombs filled with buffalo chicken and bacon for a flavorful bite-sized snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Mix shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, bacon, mozzarella, and cream cheese in a bowl.
- Scoop small portions and shape into balls.
- Roll each ball in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the balls until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
Notes
- Use ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
- Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes if you prefer not to fry.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
