Description

Crispy mozzarella bombs filled with buffalo chicken and bacon for a flavorful bite-sized snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Oil for frying


Instructions

  1. Mix shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, bacon, mozzarella, and cream cheese in a bowl.
  2. Scoop small portions and shape into balls.
  3. Roll each ball in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the balls until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
