Ingredients

  • 2 cups roasted butternut squash
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut butternut squash into cubes and roast for 25 minutes.
