Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 medium head cabbage, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
- Add ground beef, cook until browned.
- Stir in cabbage, diced tomatoes, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Cook for 5 minutes until cabbage starts to soften.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cabbage is tender.
- Serve warm.

- Use lean beef to reduce fat content.
- Add other vegetables like carrots or bell peppers for extra nutrition.
