Ingredients
- 1 medium cabbage, shredded
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onion and garlic.
- Add diced tomatoes, salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Layer shredded cabbage in a baking dish.
- Pour the beef mixture over the cabbage.
- Sprinkle cheese on top if using.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until cabbage is tender.
