Ingredients

  • 1 medium cabbage, shredded
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onion and garlic.
  3. Add diced tomatoes, salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Layer shredded cabbage in a baking dish.
  5. Pour the beef mixture over the cabbage.
