A simple and healthy snack made with cacao nibs and dates.
Ingredients
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1/2 cup cacao nibs
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Blend dates in a food processor until smooth.
- Add cacao nibs, almond butter, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
- Mix until well combined.
- Roll into small balls.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
