Ingredients

  • 1 lb cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Fold in chopped shrimp and half the shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
  6. Garnish with green onions and serve warm.
