Description
A spicy and creamy shrimp dip with Cajun flavors, perfect for parties or snacks.
Ingredients
- 1 lb cooked shrimp, chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper.
- Fold in chopped shrimp and half the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
- Garnish with green onions and serve warm.
Notes
- Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste.
- Serve with crackers, bread, or veggies.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
