Description
A festive and healthy dessert combining candy canes and Oreos in a creamy cheesecake trifle.
Ingredients
- 12 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 8 oz low-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup crushed candy canes
- 1 cup whipped topping
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping gently.
- Layer crushed Oreos at the bottom of a trifle dish.
- Spread half the cream cheese mixture over the Oreos.
- Sprinkle half the crushed candy canes on top.
- Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Garnish with fresh mint if desired.

- Use sugar-free candy canes for a lower sugar option.
- Replace Oreos with gluten-free cookies if needed.
