Ingredients

  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini)
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes.
  2. Drain the mozzarella balls and pat them dry.
  3. Tear the fresh basil leaves into smaller pieces.
  4. Combine tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil in a bowl.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
