Description

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 whole wheat tortilla
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced onions and cook until caramelized, about 10 minutes.
  3. Whisk eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour eggs into the pan and scramble until cooked.
  5. Sprinkle cheese over the eggs and let it melt.
