Ingredients

  • 2 large onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and salt, cook until caramelized (about 20 minutes).
  3. Stir in rosemary and cook for 1 more minute.
  4. Let onions cool slightly.
  5. Mix yogurt, sour cream, lemon juice, and black pepper in a bowl.
  6. Fold in the caramelized onions.
  7. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
