Description
A creamy, flavorful dip with caramelized onions and fresh rosemary. Perfect for parties or snacking.
Ingredients
- 2 large onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onions and salt, cook until caramelized (about 20 minutes).
- Stir in rosemary and cook for 1 more minute.
- Let onions cool slightly.
- Mix yogurt, sour cream, lemon juice, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Fold in the caramelized onions.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a smoother texture, blend half the dip.
- Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Serve with crackers or vegetable sticks.
