Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 whole wheat burger buns
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add sliced onions and cook until soft.
