Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp cardamom
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup almond milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla, and almond milk.
- Stir until dough forms.
- Roll into small balls and flatten slightly.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Cool before serving.
