A simple and healthy cheese loaf bread recipe that’s easy to make and delicious.
Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add the shredded cheese and mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk the egg, milk, and olive oil.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing.
Notes
- Use fresh cheese for best results.
- Do not overmix the batter.
