Ingredients
- 1 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 2 cups cheese-filled tortellini
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup low-fat shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sauté onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms until softened.
- Add garlic and steak, cook until steak is browned.
- Stir in cooked tortellini and Italian seasoning.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese melts.
- Serve warm.

- Use whole wheat tortellini for extra fiber.
