Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups cheese-filled tortellini
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup low-fat shredded mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook tortellini according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Sauté onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms until softened.
  5. Add garlic and steak, cook until steak is browned.
  6. Stir in cooked tortellini and Italian seasoning.
  7. Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
  8. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese melts.
