A creamy, flavorful dip inspired by cheeseburgers but made healthier with lean ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef (90% lean)
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 cup reduced-fat cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook for 3 minutes until softened.
  3. Reduce heat to low. Stir in cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and cheddar cheese until melted.
  4. Mix in ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
  6. Serve warm with vegetable sticks or whole-grain crackers.
