Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 cups frozen French fries
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 1/4 cup diced pickles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cook until soft.
- Add ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
- Spread the beef mixture in a baking dish.
- Layer French fries over the beef.
- Sprinkle both cheeses evenly over the fries.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and fries are crispy.
- Drizzle with ketchup and mustard, then top with diced pickles.
- Serve hot.
