Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 2 cups chopped broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix cooked rice, broccoli, cheddar cheese, Greek yogurt, Parmesan, milk, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and lightly browned.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
