Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 9 lasagna noodles, cooked al dente
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
  3. In another bowl, combine ricotta cheese with half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
  4. Layer the bottom of a baking dish with three lasagna noodles.
  5. Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the noodles, then top with half of the buffalo chicken.
  6. Repeat the layers with noodles, ricotta mixture, and chicken.
  7. Top with the remaining noodles, sprinkle the rest of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses, and drizzle with ranch dressing.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Garnish with diced celery and green onions before serving.
