Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 9 lasagna noodles, cooked al dente
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
- In another bowl, combine ricotta cheese with half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
- Layer the bottom of a baking dish with three lasagna noodles.
- Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the noodles, then top with half of the buffalo chicken.
- Repeat the layers with noodles, ricotta mixture, and chicken.
- Top with the remaining noodles, sprinkle the rest of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses, and drizzle with ranch dressing.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with diced celery and green onions before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add extra buffalo sauce to your taste.
