Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
  • 1 cup brown rice, cooked
  • 1 cup low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, and cooked rice.
  3. Add the Greek yogurt, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
