Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 oz) crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup low-fat shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cheese, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles.
  4. Spoon the chicken mixture onto the wide end of each dough triangle.
