Ingredients
- 1 cup farro
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook farro in chicken broth according to package instructions.
- Mix cooked farro, chicken, broccoli, cheese, milk, and spices in a bowl.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
