Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix whole wheat flour, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add Greek yogurt, olive oil, and water. Knead into a soft dough.
  4. Roll the dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella, Parmesan, spinach, bell peppers, and onions evenly over the dough.
  6. Roll the dough tightly into a log and seal the edges.
  7. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
