Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped spinach
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix whole wheat flour, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Add Greek yogurt, olive oil, and water. Knead into a soft dough.
- Roll the dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
- Sprinkle mozzarella, Parmesan, spinach, bell peppers, and onions evenly over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log and seal the edges.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Use fresh vegetables for better flavor.
- Adjust cheese quantities to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
