Description
A delicious and healthy pasta dish with beef, bowtie pasta, and a cheesy garlic butter sauce.
Ingredients
- 8 oz bowtie pasta
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add minced garlic to the beef and cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in butter, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, milk, salt, and black pepper. Mix until the cheese melts.
- Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss to coat evenly.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- You can use any type of pasta if bowtie pasta is not available.
- Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
