Description

A delicious and healthy pasta dish with beef, bowtie pasta, and a cheesy garlic butter sauce.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz bowtie pasta
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Add minced garlic to the beef and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Stir in butter, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, milk, salt, and black pepper. Mix until the cheese melts.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Serve warm.

Notes

  • You can use any type of pasta if bowtie pasta is not available.
  • Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
