Ingredients
- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 large whole wheat tortillas
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
Instructions
- Season the chicken with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Slice the chicken into thin strips.
- Spread Greek yogurt on the tortillas.
- Add lettuce, tomatoes, chicken strips, and shredded cheese.
- Roll the tortillas tightly and serve.
