Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 package (9 oz) cheese tortellini
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain.
- Add cooked tortellini to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
