Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 package (9 oz) cheese tortellini
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
