Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 pound sausage, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 10-12 minutes. Drain.
- In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Remove from heat.
- In a baking dish, layer potatoes and sausage. Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Pour milk evenly over the dish. Dot with butter and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot.
