Ingredients

- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss potatoes with olive oil, ranch seasoning, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Spread potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, turning once, until golden and crispy.
- Sprinkle cheese over potatoes in the last 5 minutes of baking.
- Serve warm.
