Ingredients
- 2 lbs baby potatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss potatoes with olive oil in a large bowl.
- Mix ranch seasoning, parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and salt in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle seasoning mix over potatoes and toss to coat evenly.
- Spread potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 30-35 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm.
