Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • 2 tbsp whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Layer potato slices in a baking dish.
  3. Mix milk, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Pour mixture over potatoes.
  5. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
