Ingredients
- 8 oz sirloin steak, sliced
- 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add steak slices and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Add shrimp, bell pepper, and onion. Cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in cooked quinoa and mix well.
- Serve hot.
