Description

Ingredients

  • 500g bread flour
  • 100g sourdough starter
  • 300ml water
  • 10g salt
  • 30g chia seeds


Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sourdough starter, and water in a bowl.
  2. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Add salt and chia seeds, then knead for 10 minutes.
  4. Cover and let rise for 4-6 hours.
  5. Shape the dough and place it in a proofing basket.
  6. Let it proof for another 2 hours.
  7. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
  8. Bake for 30 minutes with steam, then 20 minutes without steam.
  9. Cool before slicing.
