A delicious and healthy twist on stuffed bread with chicken, bacon, and ranch flavors.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup light ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese
- 1 whole wheat baguette
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the baguette lengthwise and hollow out the center.
- Mix chicken, bacon, ranch dressing, cheese, onion, tomatoes, garlic powder, and parsley in a bowl.
- Stuff the mixture into the hollowed baguette.
- Wrap the stuffed bread in foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Unwrap and bake for 5 more minutes until cheese melts.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
- Use Greek yogurt ranch for a lighter option.
- Add spinach for extra greens.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
